Being a vibrant, service-oriented congregation, First Presbyterian is a place where everyone knows your name and looks forward to seeing you. Our worship services are less formal than some and more structured than others. We have gifted and talented musicians who joyfully share their love of God and of music. Children of all ages, including the young at heart, are warmly welcomed and included in a variety of creative ways. Besides offering our best to God in word, prayer, and song, we enjoy seeking; learning more about life, the Christian faith, and how both come wondrously together though our becoming a community of shared faithfulness.
Being active in the community, we can also help you get plugged in a variety of ways and places both inside and outside the church. Being committed to following Jesus and a life of service, we can also assist you in discovering your gifts, in developing them, and in giving your life to the world. In a nutshell, we are always looking for ways to remind one another that we have been richly blessed and have been called to bless others with our gifts and talents. So come for a visit. Sunday worship is at 9:30 a.m. You are also welcome to join us for an informal Food, Fun & Fellowship dinner on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month at 6:00 p.m. or to check us out by giving us a hand with one of our service projects.
